Three days for Spurlock
“I quit smoking, three days off and you are done. Three fuckin days…” A little quote from Morgan in his actual movie SuperSizeMe. I dono why but it makes me thinking, for the first time in 8 years. So I quit, ok with some tricks and an increased stress level, but it works. I call it “Three days for Spurlock”. Beside I kid myself it really helped me to drop off this day to day fumigation of my lung especially during work.
No fat, fatter topic here cos my weight is around 136lb.
