ffii – Demo against software patents – Karlsruhe
Beside the Linux Tag 2004 in Karlsruhe there was a public demonstration against software patents. About 1000 activists collected outside the fair at 6 pm for tour through the city of Karlsruhe. Members from many different organizations raised there voice for free software and a world free of patents that are able to
restrict thinking. Some politic active youth organizations as gruene jugend and the people over at attac! supported the movement against patents for digital solutions and the legal support of monopolists in Europe. I hope they hear us.
