Bluetooth Personal Area Networks (PAN)
The Bluetooth feature to establish a so called Personal Area Network (PAN) is a nice way to build up wireless access on places were no WLAN-Hotspots are available. The BlueZ Project over at Sourcefourge provides a very good howto with detailed description of the functionality and practical examples with there implementation. I use it to build up a Wireless connection between my Notebook and the linux boxes around here at my buddies home.
